The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill has built a strong reputation for flavorful food and a loyal customer following. Its first location opened on May 5, 2011, in Henderson, Nevada, originally owned and operated by a culinary-trained Greek-Armenian family. The restaurant was later acquired by Nick Della Penna and Trent Jones, third-generation restaurateurs with more than 30 years of hospitality experience. Through operational improvements and strategic changes, they elevated the restaurant’s performance and success. Building on that momentum, a second location opened on June 7, 2017, followed by additional expansion in Las Vegas and South Florida.
